Refund & Cancellation Policy

At BetterTrade, we aim to deliver quality educational content and community support to help you grow as a trader. To ensure clarity and fairness, please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy below.

1. No Refund on Digital Products
All purchases made for our courses, digital content, and educational materials are non-refundable. Once access is granted to the learning modules or community, refunds will not be processed under any circumstances.

2. Community Subscription (₹450/month)
Access to the Premium Discord Community is provided as a monthly subscription.

No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused access once payment is processed.

Subscription payments are final and non-reversible.

3. Cancellation of Subscription
Users may cancel their Premium subscription at any time by contacting our support.

Cancellation will be effective from the next billing cycle.

Users will continue to have access until the end of the paid period.

4. Duplicate or Accidental Payments
Refunds for duplicate or accidental transactions may be considered if reported within 24 hours.

Payment ID or UTR Number

Screenshot of payment confirmation

All such requests are subject to verification.

5. Technical Errors
If you are charged but do not receive access to the course or community, please notify us immediately.

After verification, we will either activate your access or issue a refund if the issue cannot be resolved.

6. No Refunds on Special Offers
Purchases made during discounts, bundle deals, or promotional campaigns are strictly non-refundable.

All such sales are considered final.

7. Abuse of Policy
Users attempting to exploit or abuse the refund process may have their access permanently revoked without refund.
